    I got James’ email and have replied to him. Unfortunately the new update didn’t help. I hope he will respond to me via the email.

    Seriously, I’ve still not heard from James beyond gettin an update to the plugin which did not fix the issue. I have not heard back from James or you Jerimiah in 8 days.

    Super sorry I bought this plugin. I want a refund.

    I’m still not hearing back from anyone on your team.

    • Your plugin does not work.
    • I’ve contacted you privately and publicly.
    • I’ve paid for support. Not getting any response at all.
    • I’ve requested a refund privately and publicly.
    • It has been over 3 weeks since the one reply I got here.
    • I will escalate this if need be but I have never had this kind of problem with any other developer before. This makes me very sad.
