Can you please tell me if the plugin will continue being supported with current and future versions of WordPress? Thank you.

    Hi @localjet
thanks for your question. We plan to continue to support the plugin with current and future versions of WordPress, to ensure compatibility. However, at the moment we don’t plan to add relevant new features in the foreseeable future.
By the way, we are primarily users of our own plugin, we have installed it on so many sites, so it’s our interest to keep it working with recent versions of WordPress. In case we decide to dismiss it in the future, we’ll provide an exit strategy (i.e. a migration tool to the native WP Rich Text Widget).

Thanks so much for the quick reply Marco! Very happy to hear it’s still supported.

Hi Marco, does that mean you plan to update the plugin’s readme.txt “Tested up to:” value so it stops appearing as abandoned / “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress….”?

    Hi @benjpw
I confirm we updated the “Tested up to:” value. Thanks for the heads up.
