There is a massive backlog of requests to whitelist plugins in your GitHub: https://github.com/wpengine/phpcompat/issues
The list has not been updated since forever ago. You are also not replying to any support tickets here.
Is the plugin not maintained anymore? If so, could you perhaps put that in the readme somewhere or maintain it.
