  • I attempted to try it in 3.5.1., but I’m not a programmer, and I don’t understand the instructions.

Does the plugin AUTOMATICALLY insert all the code required for it to function, or do I have to insert code, and if so, where? Because I have no clue where to insert code, I count on plugins to do that for me.

On activating this plugin, I would have expected that the Demo Bar automatically show up at the top of my site. It did not. And the word “would” in the instructions is too vague to be useful. Doesn’t tell me if it’s automatic, or I have to add code:

“A demo bar would be shown on top of page, allow users to preview another theme.”

Anyway, this looks like a fantastic idea, but like so much in WordPress, it’s for programmers only who can read minds, and not for the rest of us who might like to use it, with a decent explanation.

At least, tell me what to expect will happen the second after I activate it. Will it appear on top of my site (if compatible), or do I have to take steps to make this happen; and if so, what steps and in what precise location in my Dashboard.

    Thank you.

It works fine for me on a vanilla installation of 3.5.1.

Make sure that you add the ‘?themedemo={themename}’ to the URL.
