Is the ignore list coming soon? (re: Google Adwords gclid parameter)

Hi Donncha,

We are having the same issue as these guys with the generation of cached pages for each unique gclid parameter added by Google Adwords to our URLs.

We are considering hacking the plugin but since that makes updates more uncomfortable I wanted to ask you if you plan to add the ignore list for parameters any time soon.
