Had a couple questions if you can answer ??

    1. Is the ‘id’ attr needed with the new [wbcr_php_snippet] tag?
If so, why? Seems kinda ugly to come up with a new id every single time so hoping its optional and not required (but guessing its probably not, can you confirm?).
Does it have to be a number vs a unique string?

    2. We have some old sites that need to get upgraded from the 1.0 version of Insert PHP to Woody Ads … Does the current version of the Woody Ads plugin support the old [insert_php] tags so that we dont have to replace every single tag with [wbcr_php_snippet id=”required-id???”]?

    Thanks!,
    Ari

Sorry, i think i figured it out. The plugin’s main listing page will say what the id is.
and for question 2 i see it will be supported until March 2019 (although my latest 2.2.9 version still has the option to enable the old short codes… when do you think support for this will definitely disappear (have a new updated timetable)?

    Hello.

The ID attribute is needed to identify the snippet, so it is required.
By default, the option to support old shortcodes is disabled in woody’s settings, but you can enable it and use it.
But we recommend you to transfer your old shortcodes to the new ones because it is safer, more convenient and offers more features.
