Is the free version of WP Shopify capped at 11 collections?

  • Hi there,

    I’ve been trying to import the collections from my shop, but whenever I sync only 11 collections actually import. I tried deleting one of the collections that would consistently import, and the next time I went to sync one of the other collections that I have on my shopify imported. This seems to me to suggest that there is a limit on the amount of collections that I can actually import using WP Shopify. Is this the case?

    Hmm strange, there shouldn’t be any limit!

    Can you confirm that all your collections are assigned to the Shopify custom sales channel you created for the plugin?

    Only those products and collections assigned will sync over.
