Is the cross site scripting vulnerability fixed in 2.5.9?

    2.5.8 had a vulnerability in admin area but only site admin could try that, so actually that’s nothing to be worry about except you keep your site admin area open for everyone ?? , anyhow, we have fixed that with v2.5.9
