Is support for this Firmasite theme still available?

    I am a user of the free version of the Firmasite theme for a while and I’m very much satisfied. I have noticed though, that whereas theme support even on the theme developer’s site was very active & quick in the past, it seems now whatever support request you post, it’s not responded to.
    Could it be I & other folks post wrong questions, ie outside the support offer?
    In the past, you could be sure the theme developer would respond and many review writers acknowledge the provided quick support as one of the strengths of the theme.

    It would be good to know where we stand.
