Is smooth scroll possible?

    Hi
    I have the plugin jQuery Smooth Scroll installed and I’m trying to get a smooth scroll from an ImageLinks image down to another part of the same page.

    It smooth scrolls back up to the image, but not from the image. Anything I can try to fix this please?
