Is Sela ready for PHP 7?

  • Hello, a client of me uses the Sela theme. (I myself am not familiar with it.)

    She uses this on a self hosted WP site but we need to upgrade that hosting to PHP 7.
    However, when we did the upgrade, the site went down … Is this because Sela isn’t ready for PHP 7+?

    How can we solve?

    I don’t think the issue here has anything to do with Sela. It should be fine running on php 7. My suggestion is to deactivate all of your plugins, then make the change, and see what happens – the site should stay online.

    Next, you can add the plugins back one at a time to see which one is causing the issue. It’s more likely that it is from a plugin on the site.
