Is reCAPTCHA required for WPForms?

I am considering converting from one of your competitors to WPForms. I’m wondering if reCAPTCHA is required for spam prevention, or does your plugin offer another option that is built in?

All of my sites get only a small amount of traffic, so using reCAPTCHA v.3 has turned into a bad experience. I do not want to switch to an older version of my current contact form in order to go back to reCAPTCHA v.2; I would rather switch to a contact form that is up to date, but does not need reCAPTCHA to perform spam prevention – but still has very effective spam prevention measures.
