Is it possible to use this plugin in Czech Republic?

    I have few questions:
    1) Is it possible to use this plugin for accounts in Czech Republic? Are there any restrictions (language etc)?
    2) Is it possible to see it in action anywhere?
    3) Is there list of Woocommerce supported notifications and operations (I mean operations that plugin passes between Woo and the payment gateway, like refunding, cancelling orders)?
    4) Does this plugin support WPML (currency)?
