Is possible to update activity based off page visits

Is it possible to update activity based off of an user visiting any front end page.
From what I can see, the plugin will update activity when visiting the back-end (Dashboard and other pages in /wp-admin/).

So, would it be possible to add/modify some code to allow for login security solution to update the time based upon the user activity on the site.

Could this be possible with the use of “wp_head“?
