Is possible to edit the background and style only of the last post?

    Hi

    I’m new to wordpress and I’m really fascinated with all the incredible potential of the software. I want to edit and layout my own design but I haven’t found a way to style and edit only the last post (the one that appears on first place). Is possible to edit the background and style only of the last post?
