Is possible in responsive each tab different color?

When I have a table in desktop, the table has alternate background-color in the raws.

But in Mobile device all raws are the same color and it′s very difficult read my table.

For this, I can only suggest to contact the author of the Automatic Responsive Tables plugin that you are using.
From what I can see, TablePress is only used for the table on desktop, but the other plugin when the table is shown on mobile.

you can use this plugin, you will just have to find out how to change the styling.
You could actually simply try the CSS code that you posted (e.g. by adding it to the TablePress “Custom CSS”).
