Trying to test using Paypal sandbox mode, forwards me to Paypal cart, but then when trying to login using details I know are correct (double checked logging into Paypal in another browser) it keeps giving me this error message: “Check your entries and try again.”

    Any idea how to rectify?

Hi, as far as I know yes it is working.

Did you fill out the following fields correctly in the plugin settings?

    Sandbox Merchant ID
    Sandbox Public Key
    Sandbox Private Key

    Thank you

Where are those fields in the plugin?? Don’t see them at all, sorry.

Once the “Event Tickets” plugin is installed, the settings for this are a tab under the main event plugin settings, correct?

Hi, when you enable Sandbox mode the field name changes as per my comment above.

Once the “Event Tickets” plugin is installed, the settings for this are a tab under the main event plugin settings, correct?

Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments -> Braintree to view the settings.

Let me know if this helps you.

    Thank you

The plugin can only be used with Woocommerce? I thought that was optional not mandatory?
