Is paid version with lifetime support?

    I paid for this plugin. I have received a very good support for the first two days. Thank you!

    However, when I seek more support, my last email has been sent for a day and I still haven’t got any support yet.

    I thought all the support will be provided within one business day?

    So I wonder if the paid version includes lifetime support?
