Is one upgrade required for every web-site?

    Hi, as recommended I develop my site locally and publish it in the cloud when a significant status has been reached. Therefore, it has at least two domain-names (LAN & cloud). In addition the site will probably be accessible via alternative domains (same site, different domain-names).
    Unfortunately, the information available, regarding licensing, are a bit blurry. So please be so kind to specify your licensing policy comprehensively. In other words: How many upgrades are required? For the development site, for the main internet site and for alternative paths.
