• Much Functions this Plugin have you can solve by yourself while clicking through Vanilla WordPress installation (good.. you can save 5 Minutes of work). Most “good” Themes (you can buy) already have a Code-Minifier integrated, so for that reason you not need that Plugin. This Plugin maybe have a Error in the Code. You can deactivate the Caching of the Plugin, but it seems with the Plugin your Website still are cached by your Server. I noticed that because my new Posts are not showing up when released. I always had to clear my Webbrowser-Cache/Cookies to see the new Content. And yes, i disabled the Code-Minifier-Options like the Developer described in his Manual (to solve that Problem) and it not worked.

Maybe this Plugin is good for static Websites which not changing much, but for News Websites this Plugin not is really usable. I had to uninstall it and now my Website work like i want.

  • Hello.

The Clearfy plugin doesn’t cache your site, it only caches optimized scripts and styles. The problem may have occurred due to the plugin option “Automatically insert the Last Modified header” in the SEO section, which is recognized by server caching. You need to disable this option
