IS OIO Publisher Plugin Still Updated?

  • Hello all,
    OIO Publisher is said to be one of the best banner ad platforms. I wanted to pay for the plugin (premium) but I saw some articles that claim the creators might have abandoned the plugin. I tried to contact the creators several tines through their website. Oiopublisher.com, but have received no reply from them.

    I need good advice to prevent me paying for an abandoned plugin. Please if you know wether it is still works as touted in the site, tell me, or if it is no longer actively supported by its creators tell me too.
