Is not working. No Mails

  • Is this plugin working by someone? It seems that alot of people have the same issue that they are not getting this plugin work to send mails after 7 days. Cron job is set “Once Daily” but nothing happens. Has someone a salution?

    Hi @yunse,
    try to activate WordPress debug log, and then try to trigger the cron and see if there’s some error message

    debug log is nothing triggerd since days an wp mail log also

    of course there triggerd some logs but nothing with your plugin

    Hi,
    The plugin send the email only when the order is in the status completed.
    Do you set your order in this status ?
