is not working for me!!! :(

hi there.

I do everything wrote in —-Theme Support—- section, but its not working for me. I enable debug mod and its show me following message:
“jQuery may be outdated! This plugin was made using 1.8, I can see version: 1.10.2”

and

“Could not bind to search form…
Could not find <form> tag with class=’searchform’ or action=” missing. This may mean search form doesnt work with AAPL!”

now how can I fix it?
