    Dear support

we noticed there is a issue with the option button to change from “is” to “is not”. The button is hidden behind the option field. If I add a display: none; via dev console the button is visible and clickable.

We are using enfold theme and wp version 5.9

    Pls. see attached screenshots:

Hello @lmobile – thanks for writing in to us!

I tried to replicate the issue using my test site, however, I wasn’t able to. Screen capture: https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uZln71

    Dear Maria

thanks for your fast help. U testeed with WP 5.9? I am thinking it is a problem within Enfold and PopUp Maker. Enfold is a very very popular theme and may this is some issue for your devs.

    Thanks Marc

    Hi Marc,

Yes, I am using latest version of WordPress 5.9 See this: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnuq9jLQ

Also, please could you make sure your Popup Maker plugin is updated to its latest version? We need to eliminate this as a potential cause of the issue. And, keeping a plugin up to date is generally a good rule of thumb, as bugfixes along with new features are generally implemented on a regular basis.

    Keep us posted.

we are running version 1.16.4 also all premium addons are on latest version. PopUp Maker was recently installed – all other 3rd plugins are updated a few days ago.

    Hi @lmobile

I checked your site, and the first I noticed are the errors. Screen capture:

Note: (Blurred the details for your website security)

Could you check the error log from the server to identify those errors?

We also think the troubleshooting steps in the article can identify the possible conflict.

Can you try the following for us?

    1. Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins, and switch the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two.
    2. Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.
    3. Retest using a private or incognito window with no active browser extensions.
    4. Reactivate your original theme, and retest the popup.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thanks!

    HI @lmobile

Just to give you an update. I made test using Enfold theme and Popup Maker as the only active plugin.

The popups are working with Enfold theme. I did not reproduce the issue for the negative condition. Screen capture:

It seems the issue is a conflict with one of the third-party plugins. Please have a look at the error log in the server and troubleshooting steps to identify the conflict.

We hope that helps. Let us know how it will go in your site.

    Thank you.
