  • Hello @diegod78,

Well, we might need to check a couple of things before escalating this back to the developers. Could you please check if you are using the latest version of our plugin?

Let’s check if it is an existing conflict:
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

Please, keep us posted. We are happy to help!

    Hello,

i can’t check everything you ask.
1-also the back end in unacessible exactly like the front end, then i can’t deactivate the other plugins
2-i checked by FTP the plugin and it isn’t hte last version.

    i tryed some other things
1-updated the plugin by FTP, the result was a blank page for the back end and the front end
2-i removed the plugin by FTP, the result was a blank page for the back end and the front end
3- i installed a old backup in local and it have the same problem. (this backup work fine until some months a go, it was the same i used to transfer the site from local to online)
4- to be moe clear the problem is recent, everyting work fine more less one mont a go.

    Hi,

So, in this case I would try renaming your other plugins folders one at a time and then, lastly the theme.

Hi all – I have had the same problem occur on a website we have taken over the hosting of very recently.

In our case, the problem occurs when we set the server to use PHP 7.3 or later.

Switching back to PHP 7.2 or earlier the problem does not happen.

So perhaps in the case of everyone who is finding this problem has happened to them recently, perhaps their web host has recently updated to PHP 7.3.

Hopefully this will help the developers work out what’s going on.
