Is my ip address blocked ? can't install plugin and ping to www.remarpro.com

  • Hi wordpress awesome staff, moderator, member and everyone

    I’m getting this issues about 24-48 hours ago
    Can’t install plugin, update, and can’t ping to www.remarpro.com (66.155.40.250 or 66.155.40.249)

    therefore, i can ping to api.www.remarpro.com, my site running on VPS centos 6.7, my ip address is : 103.31.250.124 (ricosync.com)

    i don’t understand why my server can’t contact www.remarpro.com , installing plugin, and i checked wordpress news on the dashboard, it says :

    RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to www.remarpro.com port 80: Connection timed out

    RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to planet.www.remarpro.com port 443: Connection timed out

    ===

    And when i ping www.remarpro.com , it says

    PING www.remarpro.com (66.155.40.249) 56(84) bytes of data.

    — www.remarpro.com ping statistics —
    7 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 6565ms

    ===

    Things i’ve done to fix this issue was :
    1. whitelisting www.remarpro.com on iptables (still can’t connect)
    2. disabling firewall & iptables (still can’t connect)

    Google can’t help me out, so i make this post,
    Is there anyone can help me out ? i appreciate any kind of help

    *PS : i have root access to my private server

    is there anyone out there experiencing this issue ? im using vpn service same as my vps ip address and i can’t contact www.remarpro.com , it is really confusing, i think www.remarpro.com blocked my ip
