    I’ve just started using the plugin and I’m not sure from the logs if the backup is actually working or not. The logs show…

    03:09:37: Backup stopped by user.
    03:09:24: A total of 43MB of memory was used to complete this backup.
    03:09:24: A total of 6 files were processed.
    03:09:24: Backup complete.
    03:09:22: Approximately 0% complete.
    03:09:12: Approximately 0% complete. View uploaded files?
    03:07:05: Approximately 0% complete. View uploaded files?
    03:06:45: Approximately 0% complete. View uploaded files?
    03:06:20: Creating SQL backup of your WordPress plugins.
    03:06:17: There has been no backup activity for a long time. Attempting to resume the backup.
    03:00:23: Creating SQL backup of your WordPress core.
    03:00:15: Your time limit is 30 seconds and your memory limit is 128M
    03:00:15: Backup started on Thursday April 4, 2013.

    I should add that I’ve prevented all file backup – I’m really just after a backup of the database.

    Does this seem correct? I’m concerned by the 0% complete messages and “Backup stopped by user”.

    Did your SQL backup make it to Dropbox?

    If you click on the “View uploaded files?” it will show you what files have been uploaded.

    The percentage complete should really say one at this stage and I will push a fix for that in the next version.

    Other then that, did you click stop backup at any stage?

    They appear to have reached Dropbox but I’m not 100% sure if they’re complete – certainly a confirmation message of some kind to verify this would be satisfying to know.

    No, didn’t cancel it myself – I’ve set up an automated 3am run.

    seems to have the same problem
    the backup stops by itself without completing the backup (no updated database in drop)
    my daily backup doesn’t seem to work everyday either despite multiple changes in files and database
    I had your plugin for a while and it’s great not to have to worry about backup
    but didn’t remember having those problems before last update

    Hey, when I view my files in my dropbox, it shows that the main file was changed/updated and then a very random assortment of files gets updated.

    I just want to verify that it is working correctly.

    Please make sure you have not accidentally excluded any files you want backed up in the exclude files widget.
