    I realized that even if the email template isn’t active, I’m getting recovered carts.
    If the template is not configured, is the plugin sending a default mail?

    Hi,

    It should not be sent an abandoned cart reminder email if the email template is deactivated.

    Could you please share with us a screenshots of Abandoned Orders tab and Email Template page? Also, kindly share with us abandoned cart reminder email on my email address “chetna at tychesoftwares dot com”. So, I can check the issue.

    Can you please provide me the URL of your website? So, I can abandon a cart for testing purpose.

    It happened soon I install the plugin. After few hours I come back to configure it then I saw the recovered cart. The date is another thing weird (it is the same)

    Also, I sent you the abandoned cart reminder email.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots with us and URL of your site as well.

    I have abandoned a cart on your website for the testing purpose. I will wait for abandoned cart reminder email and inform you.

    Also, I will try to replicate the same issue on my server and get back to you with an update.
