    No. You must disable the caching plugins for our plugin to function correctly.

    we need caching and we are unable to disable it
    is there any alternative available to use both together.

    The only thing that stops this working is a line in the plugin code disabling it from working with cache plugins.

    As long as you use it properly, IE. exclude the page you want to redirect etc, then it works fine with caches.

    Just remove the line in the plugin code that stops it working. We have to edit the plugin after every update to get it working again.
