Is it supposed to work with Pages?

    Add that I tried switching the plugin setting to Asynchronous Replacement mode and it now shows the PDF icon but still not the file size. Everything still works on posts.

    Could you give me a link where I see the behaviour ?

    The site is still behind a “coming soon” wall, is there a way I could send you a login and link in private?

    Have a look at the js console to see if any errors are displayed.

    Also, make sure that the page template you use complies with the normal WP functionality. The FAQ contains more information on how to use MTLI if the page is build up differently – specifically in the question dealing with: “I want to have the mimetype icons for a content area which is outside of the loop (a sidebar for instance)”
