Is it stopped working?

It seems like Geoposty stopped working on my clients website https://www.meltrons.com. The patch was setup in march 2013 and it was working proper using Neustar IP Intelligence.
Please anybody help me in this issue as I.m not able to find any solution elsewhere on the net regarding this.
