Is it still Possible to create Single Product Editor Role?

Hi! I am following this tutorial to create a Single Product Editor Role: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/allow-woocommerce-users-to-edit-only-one-product/.

The problem is with this step:

[Check the “enable custom permissions for Products” box]

There is no such box available in the product editor.

Is this tutorial still up to date?
