Is using youtube or any other videos also same?

It’s up to the video site that you are getting the video from.

Video sites such as Youtube, Vimeo, etc. let you embed their videos on your web page. So using video from those sites is fine. Other sites may not permit that.

I can’t think of any such sites that has a problem with that, but you should check with a site first.
