Is it safe with site that have Adsense?

It doesn’t effect anything else than your stats in Google Analytics.

The stats you have in Analytics are not the stats Google uses for their analysis.

I have a website running with the plugin and Adwords and I don’t see any problems. In fact, the page with Adwords is actually higher ranked than the websites with a higher page rank about the same subject.
