Is it purges entire cache or specific post upon update

Other pages which are generated on the basis of an edited post’s content (think, for example, of a homepage which lists the 5 most recently updated article) would not be updated if this plugin did not clear the entire cache. There is no easy way to determine which pages need to be updated, nor could this be done efficiently, so clearing the entire cache is the only practical solution.
