Is it possible to use polylang to change label language

Hi,
I have a multi-language site, and use polylang to display labels in English or Spanish. Is it possible to php in the form?
e.g
<?php pll_e('additional_information'); ?>Or some other method.
I guess I could make 2 forms… 1 x English + 1 x Spanish
