Is it possible to use an image for selection?

    Trying to add images to my Form Maker form. Is this possible? Played around a bit, but didn’t have any success.

    @mrsfalcon,

    The only way of adding image to Form Maker is to use custom HTML field and have the image embedded as custom HTML. Thanks.
