Hello! Is it possible to turn off the compiler during conversion? Should a laptop work for normal converting images, or can it be turned off, while the operation will continue?

    Thank you!

    Hello @zod4ix,

    Thanks for your message.

Do not turn off the computer while converting. The laptop must be turned on, it cannot be put to sleep. The whole process is described in the plugin settings, just above the “Regenerate All” button.

And if WordPress asked to enter the system again (drive a username and password), as I understand it that after that the program also stops working and you have to start all over again? That is, the whole process will be carried out again? Will the files be in the back of this case … Now I looked, the place was occupied by files from the previous, unsuccessful, conversion, what to do? Thanks for the answer!

After rebooting, the process went faster, therefore it did not take into account the already processed files – this is clear with this. Another question: how to process new files, carry out generation again? In the settings, he set to be generated during loading, but nothing happened.

@zod4ix If you click “Regenerate All”, only files that have not been converted before are converted. If you check “Force the conversion of all images again” option then all files are converted again.

New photos are automatically transformed or do you need to regularly click on the button?

@zod4ix New images added to the media library are converted automatically.
