• I have installed ActivityPub for the user “peter” and posts written after activation of the plugin show up when I search for @peter@pmueller.de.

Is it possible to trigger the plugin ActivityPub again to reflect changes made to the post or to the plugin-settings?

I have e.g. written some test posts that have been deleted, and they still show up on @peter@pmueller.de.

Or I have written a post “Was ist Mastodon?” with the standard settings for ActivityPub. Then I changed the settings for the template from %content% to %excerpt%.

And now I would love to trigger ActivityPub again to update those changes?

I hope my question is understandable.

  • Hi!

I wondered that too, and after a look at the source and a quick test, you can unpublish and republish the article to trigger an ActivityPub post.

    Hope this helps!
