Is it possible to stick the header on selected pages?

Also, how to remove the annoying notification at the top of the admin page? Clicking the link doesn’t help.

Yes, that will use the class of that header to make it sticky.

For that notification issue, update the theme and plugin to the latest version and run the Freemius Fixer plugin: https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer (hit the green CODE button, and use DOWNLOAD ZIP option, then install via Plugins > Add New).

It’s pretty simple, just run the plugin and that’s it. You can remove it afterward,and check.
