Is it possible to somehow auto import titles?

  • I would like to write an app for this plugin if possible. Is there a way to somehow auto import titles from something like a directory on a PC with 100 movie folders (the folder contains the movie posters and trailers, etc)?

    If there is not something developed as of yet can you maybe give me some insight as to what I would need to do in order to accomplish this task? Could I just connect to the wordpress sql DB and manually add lines to a certain table, etc?
