Is it possible to skip one product when Remove or Modify products is selected.

I will try and explain this the best I can. As I’m a dropshipper and using only one supplier, I have used the option:

‘Remove or modify WooCommerce products that are not present in this import file’

‘Remove or modify all WooCommerce products on this site that are not present in this import file’

Basically I have one product that I have manually added which is a gift card, obviously due to these settings, it gets deleted or put into drafts, depending on my settings but as this is an item that has its own menu category, I have to re-enter the details everytime I do a stock update.

Is there any custom field I can add, so that it skips deleting this? I have tried adding it to the CSV file but this option isn’t viable when I’m updating stock 4 times a day.
