Is it possible to show USD on checkout but different currency on backend

Hello,

I currently have a store with a single currency (USD) but I need to process orders internally in my local currency so I can integrate with my ERP. I know it’s possible with your plugin to change the currency of an order fron the dashboard but I would like to know if there’s a way to do this automatically?

Show prices in USD only at the store and checkout but see them on the dashboard with a different curreny (COP in this case).
