Is it possible to show clones of most voted commnets?

Hi. I think this one is very good plug-in to add comments system on wordpress.

There’s sorting by “most voted comments’ option,

but I think that it will be better if featured comments reveal on top (as pinned clone of same comment),
not just sorting comments.
