Is it possible to show ads on my own newsletter readers?

Supposed my site is “domain.com”, I send my newsletter readers to my blog posts with links that start with “campaign.domain.com/…”
Is it possible with this plugin to show ads only to visitors referred by “campaign.domain.com/…” ?
(or is there a problem, since its the same domain…?)
