Is it possible to search in external files

    Hi there,
    I am looking for a Search plugin that would allow me to also search on none wordpress pages/posts, like plain html files located in some specific directory.
    Is this possible? If not, do you know a plugin that can do this?

    Yes, we are in the final stage of testing our new addon which can index and search for files not linked with WP posts table. It’s a bit tricky, so development should be completed in a week.

    Hi @marianopeck

    The search by file content is a part of the Pro package because it has some special enforcements and complexities in the algorithm. But I think we can implement search by filename in the free version.
