Is it possible to restrict files in Premium?

Hi, we are thinking about buying plugin but we would also need to restrict uploaded files. Is that possible in Premium?

Our website is closed for public, if user is not logged in then it redirects to login page. Currently there are 2 Custom Post Type posts. Group 1 can see CPT1 posts and its files. Group 2 can’t see these posts (this works fine) but they shouldn’t be allowed to see files uploaded to those posts – for example if user from Group 1 sends users in Group 2 a link to file, this is not allowed and they shouldn’t be able to open it.
