Is it possible to reset the counter when we want?

    Hello maudco,

    The plugin works based on 2 things:
    1. It sets a cookie in the user’s browser
    2. If enabled, it records user’s IP address in your WordPress database.

    Now even if you disable the 2nd thing (IP logging), unless the user deletes the cookie in their browser, they won’t be able to vote for the same post again.

    Creating a new post each month is the best approach, however, it’s still possible to do what you require by customizing the plugin and removing the code which saves the cookie in the user’s browser. But that is beyond the scope of our free support.
