    Hi, the plugin marks unrecovered orders as “lost” after some time has passed, since then “reschedule emails” button disappears. Now I have a situation where I need to contact such clients, can you please advice some trick to do it?
    Maybe removing this limitation (button removal after order is “lost”) would be benefetial for others as well.

    I was able to reschedule email after changing order status from “lost” to “abandoned” in the DB, but it’s not very convenient.

    Currently, we don’t have this feature and it’s only possible through the database as you said.

    By the way, I will discuss with our developers to see if we can add this feature.
