Is it possible to register a user as a wordpress member with email and password?

  • Hello. I would like to know if it is possible to create a form with email and password for the user to register on the site as a member, and if possible, to have the auto-login as soon as he enters the data and sends it. I would use this with a popup requesting the user to register in a store with woocommerce.

    Hi there @cris123pp,

    There’s no built-in functionality for that in MailPoet’s forms. MailPoet would allow you to add an “opt-in” checkbox to the default WordPress registration or WooCommerce Checkout pages, or to create sign-up forms to join your MailPoet list (which doesn’t create user accounts on the site).

    However, there’s no user account registration feature directly in MailPoet itself, or anything related to auto-login. What you are trying to do would be possible with some custom development, but that would be outside our scope of support here.
